Great customer service & high interest rates.

We switched our business account after 35 years with one of the large UK banks and couldnt be happier. The level of service from Allica throughout the switch process and in the first few months of running the account have been exceptional. The fact that, if we need to, we are able to speak to a real human being by phone makes the switch worthwhile after years of frustration trying to navigate unhelpful IVR systems or online chat services with a 48 hour delay in responses. On top of that, excellent interest rates on deposits make this one of the best business decisions we have mde in a loing time. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 26th February 2026

1-year in and everything works well

My business banking has been with Allica Bank for more than a year now. During that time we've made use of pretty much every feature of the bank - and everything just works.
