The online bank facility is clear and easy to use. It allows us full up to the minute visibility of transactions and enables us to keep our savings account topped up. Very useful app enables transactions management whilst on the go - so we keep everyone paid in a timely manner. Our Account Manager is informed and great at solving any issues quickly. A British Bank that understands what a business wants !

Firstly I like the fact they are a British Bank and appear to be run by sensible people, who understand what a business requires as support, such as interest on their money, no cheeky fees and direct communication with banking managers, who deal with queries efficiently.
