Best bank for SMEs

Allica are really leaning in and moving towards the UK SME market while traditional High Street banks have been moving back. We love the relationship manager aspect of their approach and their app experience is great. As for the savings approach, it is making a huge difference to the small businesses and charities that have already moved to Allica on our recommendation recently Reviewed on: 27th March 2025

Took too long to open an account, but we got there!

Took over one month to open my Business savings account due to numerous questions/challenges from Allica regarding the legitimacy of my business, which took days/weeks to receive a response from. However, eventually the account was opened and I received a personalised welcome call. The web experience seems quite good, and the saving account interest rate is currently quite attractive.
