Breath of fresh air

Allica Bank really care about their customers and put the customers first. A breath of fresh air compared with the well known established banks. A relationship manager who actually helps rather than sending you off down a general mailbox route. Common sense prevails. Reviewed on: 15th March 2023

So far so good!

We have only been with Allica Bank since November 2022, but so far so good! Every time, I think I may have an issue, there is always someone at the end of the line/email who gets back to me straight away & always solves my issues.
