A business bank that listens to its customers

So far so good!

We have only been with Allica Bank since November 2022, but so far so good! Every time, I think I may have an issue, there is always someone at the end of the line/email who gets back to me straight away & always solves my issues. Seemless and personal service - corporate account

I had been trying to open a bank account with a UK bank for my UK company for a while. We had no success because UK banks we approached (five UK banks) said they would not open the account because the sole director and shareholder resided in Ireland despite the company have a book of UK clients. Allica Bank listened to our explanation of our business model and a staff member kept us informed every step of the way during the onboarding process. With a UK bank account, clients feel safer and we can pitch for more new business and our suppliers trust us more with a UK bank account. Reviewed on: 13th March 2023
