Very responsive

Took a good look at our circumstances and legal status and although non-standard, they agreed to provide finance on sensible terms based on our performance and robust controls. Excellent Customer Service

Traditional business banking never really worked for us. Whether it was the endless queuing to speak with someone, being passed pillar to post between departments or being sent through unnecessarily onerous processes, our previous bank provided more problems than solutions. Since joining Allica our customer service executive, Marco, has been incredibly helpful and always on hand when needed.
