1st Class Service for introducers and clients

Having been in the commercial mortgage space for over 20 years it is refreshing when a new lender comes on board and delivers what they say they will - No long drawn out No's - If they say yes you can pretty much guarantee the deal will be done for the client (and in a timely manner!) Easy Peasy

Getting the offer out first is a weight off the minds of the client and the broker. Everything else is speedy there afterwards. They cover a lot of asset types that others wont and that's why we use Allica. Reviewed on: 17th February 2022
