They give good short term saving rates (6 - 9 months...

They give good short term saving rates (6 - 9 months) which is what I have required over the past few years. Also like the fact that I don't get bombarded with emails from them, about other products etc, which means when I do get an email from them - it is relevant and important. I've never spoken to anyone in customer services due to the fact I've not had a problem with any of the products or the systems that they use. Main tick for me though is good saving rates.
