Hi, have used Alpha Travel Insurance on several occasions always found them to be extremely helpful when things go slightly off key never any problem they do what it says on the tin or in this case what it says in the policy absolutely no problem. Reviewed on: 11th September 2025

I have used alpha for a long time and have found them good value for money our son has special needs ,autism and HDHD but the premium is alway well priced have claimed once for a medical issue with our son and there was no problem settling the claim Reviewed on: 11th September 2025

Very clear website with good choice of cover levels vs.

Very clear website with good choice of cover levels vs. price, so you know what you are buying vs. risk. I had a claim whilst on a skiing holiday and the operator was very efficient and empathetic. Claim was settled very fast, so all in all, I consider Alpha my go to provider now, so much so that I have recommended them to fellow skiers who have also used them. Reviewed on: 11th September 2025
