Positive claim experience

When I used Alpha for the first time I unfortunately had to make a claim due to not being able to travel to Cuba, due to this being so close to Christmas I didn’t expect this to be resolved until mid January but to my surprise everything was dealt with and the money was in my account within a few days of making the claim. I have always used Alpha since this and also recommended them to everyone I know. Reviewed on: 18th September 2024
