Great product and service

The policy offered was very comprehensive and well priced. I had to make some last minute changes, ie changing the duration. I was easy to get through on the phone, staff were very clear and helpful and I updated my policy with the minimum of fuss. Ultimately, just very hassle free. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2023

Just got my insurance for a cruise with added extras and found it simple to find a quote and the rates very competitive. Luckily I did not need to use my insurance, But 1 member of our party who also got insurance through Alpha did have to use it. And I can say from their experience it was very straightforward and the insurance money was in their account the next day after making a claim. Highly recommend Reviewed on: 1st September 2023
