Had to get medical treatment on my cruise in 2018 when in the Carribbean, first time I've made a claim and was worried that there maybe a problem trying to make a claim but everything was ok and sorted, used alpha many times and first time I've had to claim so highly recommended Reviewed on: 8th July 2024
