A bank that is truly above & beyond. From customer service through to accessibility, they are simply outstanding. Never experienced this level of support in all my banking years. Opened an account with Anna Bank in January, who then continued to give us two months free as our trading was delayed by three months due to a bereavement. Wrote £120 off in fees, which isn’t a lot, but it was great fully received. Highly recommend Anna to anyone Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Honestly amazing

I was with another Fintechchallenger bank who were awful - I converted to ANNa and these guys are first class. When things go array as they do in business they are always on end of chat immediately - other banks take 48hrs to weeks to respond Reviewed on: 29th March 2023
