Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

The app is easy to use, the interest rates are competitive, and everything is clearly laid out. I've never had to contact customer service — which to me says a lot about how well the platform works.
