Best comprehensive cover I have found !!

With previous Company I lost £6k + when I had to cancel my last holiday. My partner was already covered by Avanti. The company I was with had never asked for the health details of anyone I was traveling with ( despite the fact that they knew I was travelling with my partner.) They refused all my claim. However I did get a small cancellation return from my tour operator. Needless to say I checked very carefully with Avanti this year, after they had all my health details. They never asked about those of my partner they said they were irrelevant and I would have had a full refund last year if I had been with them. They were very easy and pleasant to deal with on the telephone and made all their cover very clear. Their contract and details were also very concise and easy to read and understand. Yes a little more expensive - but you only get what you pay for in this life so I have found. Reviewed on: 29th September 2017
