I need travel insurance quickly when I was told that our River Cruise was definitely on. My husband has various health problems, but the operative that I spoke to was extremely patient and helpful. I had my quote and paid my money and all was well. The next day the travel agents phoned to say that my holiday had been cancelled! I telephoned Avanti immediately and explained the problem, but there was no problem and my money was refunded immediately. I will certainly use this company when I do go abroad next time. A Fall in Poland
