No problems so far!!

Have not needed to claim on the insurance as yet, and an insurance is only as good as it's claims procedure. Buying the insurance was the easy part, I can assess the company better if I ever have to use the claims service Reviewed on: 31st July 2017

Very understanding of my age and long term medication history.

When booking this holiday other recommended insurers did not want to insure at 87 and if they accepted pre-known medication conditions they loaded the premium. I have insured with Avanti for many years and would always be my first choice. Reviewed on: 31st July 2017

Very good at talking through complex insurance travel needs. No problem was too difficult for them to explore and address with patience. Paperwork easy to understand with no hidden clauses.
