Like most older travellers - I take a couple of things for mild medical problems. The price of travel insurance - I found went up so high I could not afford it. THEN I found Avanti - No problems. Reviewed on: 31st July 2017

Very good at talking through complex insurance travel needs. No problem was too difficult for them to explore and address with patience. Paperwork easy to understand with no hidden clauses. Friendly competent staff who amswer their phones. Reasonable pricing for annual policies and sound, practical advice on how to get the best policy for our needs. Reviewed on: 31st July 2017

Reliable and trustworthy

We have been using this company for about five years now for anual travel insurance. Mr husband and I are in our seventies but luckily we are reasonably well, so no special medical extras needed. We found Avanti to be inexpensive compared to a lot of other companies. We know we can rely on them if needed, as the first year we used them we had some problems with train cancellations on the way to the airport and missed our flight. On our return we put all the necessary paperwork and information together and within 10 days our expenditure was paid in full and in our bank account. So very happy with the service. NO HASSLE TRAVEL INSURANCE

HAVING TRAVELLED THE WORLD OVER 40 YEARS & NEVER HAD A CLAIM UNTIL A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO WHILST ON A CRUISE IN THE CARIBBEAN ,I MUST SAY THAT THIS WAS DEALT WITH WITHOUT ANY HASSLE WHAT SO EVER & WAS AMAZED THAT THE NEXT PREMIUM DIDN"T ROCKET BECAUSE A CLAIM WAS MADE. I HAVE TAKEN OUT AN ANNUAL WORLDWIDE COVER EACH YEAR WITH AVANTI & JUST RENEW WHEN DUE .Malcolm haywood. Reviewed on: 31st July 2017

We have used Avanti for a few years now and we have, fortunately, never had to claim. Arranging insurance with them is easy - mainly because of knowledgeable and friendly customer service people. We have medical conditions to declare and we are also both over 65. Insurance is competitively priced for us, and we are able to have all conditions covered so we can enjoy our holidays knowing that we are in good hands in case of need. Reviewed on: 31st July 2017
