What I like about Avanti is when you contact them on the telephone it is so nice to talk to someone who really makes you feel you are a valued customer. The last man I spoke with didn't rush me and made me laugh, so I came away smiling - that's great. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021

Cover was easy to understand with all the major issues highlighted and this was coupled with a fair and reasonable price. This is the consecutive yearly policy we have taken with AVANTI which is a clear indication of our confidence in the company. Come next year we expect to renew our contract to further our worldwide travels. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021

Fantastic service in a difficult time

Avanti offered me exactly the cover I needed during the the pandemic. I had 2 long trips to the USA booked and therefore needed a considerable amount of cover, both COVID related and not. The price was very reasonable. Not the cheapest, but definitely the best level of cover. I also received 15 months cover instead of 12, even on renewal. Calls to Avanti were answered promptly and customer service was outstanding. I was so impressed I recommended Avanti to my partner and we both received an M and S voucher. It wa difficult to find a travel insurance policy that met my needs as we emerge from the pandemic. After a great deal of research I found Avanti and was delighted with the coverage offered. Since taking out the policy I have twice asked for clarification. On both occasions the response has been speedy and clear. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021
