I found them very efficient until I was on holiday and asked for a quote for an extension of time. I was transferred to different teams and promised a return call to discuss options which never materialised. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021

With pre. Medical condition, I found avanti insurance would cover me fully.

I made a call to avanti to check the information I needed before deciding the best policy for me, the team were really helpful with all information required to decide, also they offered me 15 months annual policy instead of 12 months, 3 months extra cover. They were competitive against other insurance companies with better cover. Now I can travel now with confidence and peice of mind. I would recommend with pre. Medical conditions. What I like about Avanti is when you contact them on the telephone it is so nice to talk to someone who really makes you feel you are a valued customer. The last man I spoke with didn't rush me and made me laugh, so I came away smiling - that's great. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021

Cover was easy to understand with all the major issues highlighted and this was coupled with a fair and reasonable price. This is the consecutive yearly policy we have taken with AVANTI which is a clear indication of our confidence in the company.
