great service and coverage for out pets

We are renewing our two cats with Aviva again. I have shopped around but price of Aviva is about the best I can find. We have only filed one claim ever and it was settled pretty quickly. Claim was settled promptly. Only quibble was that the forms had to be sent twice. Not sure if I messed up or the company did. Otherwise, I can recommend this company to others with pets. Would definitely recommend Aviva - they have been faultless with our insurance. Reviewed on: 13th April 2015

Good service when I needed them most
