Customer service is always helpful.

Customer service is always helpful. They don't pressure you into paying more than you can afford and they regularly check affordability. I can always get through via phone or email and if I've needed to skip payments in a particular month for some reason they have worked with me. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

They've been incredibly helpful whilst navigating my specific situation. Explaining what I *need* to do Vs what I probably _should_ do, what I shouldn't do, and the risks where there is an in-between situation. Whilst I hope no one I know ends up in a situation where Back2credit are needed, I'd definitely recommend them if required Reviewed on: 14th April 2026
