getting a loan is quick and resonabley checked and all information or faq are dowloadable at anytime during and after a loan applacition, they send out text and email reminders so you dont forget your repayments Reviewed on: 8th August 2022

Recommendation to others

I would recommend Bamboo as a lender. The reason is the whole approach towards customers, there are phone calls after applying and decision making. How genuine the decision making of the affordability is, I don't know. But the customer service is very friendly and helpful and professional. The interest is what it is, but the length is making the loan affordable and there are options for difficulties. Bamboo isn't cheap lender and I would believe that it's not exploiting the vulnerable at this hard times. I hope that Bamboo won't get busted like several in the past. Although most of the payday and private lenders which got under administration, just changed names and some other things and continue lending. However, Bamboo helped me, so thank you Bamboo.
