Bamboo Loans: Excellent, Efficient & Easy Loan Provider

Me and my partner had our wedding booked from last year however, after saving up we were hit with the news of expecting a baby (which comes with its additional costs). As a result we were in need of some extra cash to help pay off some things for the wedding and after a few searches and a referral I came across Bamboo Loans. The application process was really QUICK, no time wasting with a user friendly website. Within JUST a FEW MINUTES I received an approval email and CONFIRMATION asking me to log in to sign the agreement. The agreement was clearly written with the APR rate and repayment schedule etc. and was able to sign this all electronically! (No stress of having to print, sign and rescan back in... phew!) Once completed I then received a email confirming PAYOUT by 1pm the next day! It was such a stress free process and since making monthly payments I have received reminders by text and email and have also spoken with the bamboo team directly on the phone who are also very helpful offering ongoing support. I didn’t have the greatest credit when I applied but good income and history of making repayments however, they also offer a guarantor loan service for bad credit. Even better... I managed to get a NON GUARANTOR loan which was even better for me! I would certainly recommend BAMBOO Loans :) Reviewed on: 16th June 2020

Understanding, approachable, reliable

The loan was paid into my bank on the same day. Customer service is exceptional. Emphatic staff are supportive and help solve problems without leaving the customer feeling as if they're at fault. Non-judgmrntal, approachable company who helped me when I needed it most. Repayment options are broad and any interest incurred is clearly stated upfront. Would definitely recommend to anyone who finds themselves a little stuck. Options to change repayment amount is always an option with well-informed staff on hand to guide, not bleed you dry. My terms were always frank and clear throughout the process. When I applied, I was politely contacted to ensure I wasn’t being coerced into acquiring finance for a third party and that the information provided was accurate.
