I rang bamboo at my lowest point when nobody else would help or listen to my needs. They listened they understood they NEVER judged or questioned why I had got myself in such a mess and needed help they explained everything in detail and nothing was too much trouble to them if I asked them to repeat or help with the terms and conditions. I would HIGHLY recommend bamboo for anybodys money worrys their rates are fantastic the money is there when they say and they are ALEAYS at the end of the phone whenever I need them cant say a big enough thankyou for helping me out when I thought I had no other options left. . I have used bamboo several times. They're a good company with a responsible attitude. They never overstretch you and make sure the loan you apply for is comfortable and affordable for you. They're the company that likes to say yes to it's customer. The interest rate are one of the best around. Spread the loan so it's affordable for yourself and bamboo will do everything they can to help you. There's no fees for paying back early. A good all round company and a pleasure to deal with.
