Scamming and not happy with them

Cant see whats you have paid and dont receive any confirmation to say payment was successful only message saying the account in areas but you can't actually see for your self and in April I paid my monthly payment through there site because they couldn't take the payment from my bank card and the payment went straight through in April for them to then say they didn't recive the payment could I send proof which I had to send 3 time for them to email back saying they ant got my email with proof and what email did I email it from so I replied the same email addressed you contact me on and that you seem to be receiving every email I send when I reply to emails you send me! So why is it there getting all my emails but not my proof of payment thats iv sent 3 times to them and then to top it off this month I rang them because my bank account was frozen due to me being one of the unlucky ones to have been scamed during covid lockdown so I new that this month I would be in arease, for the woman who i spoke to on the phone to be very hot headed with me and kept telling me my bank cant do that and are not aloude to leave you with out money for me to then say the only way for me to get to my money because it was frozen due to investigations it to go to the bank and with draw my money she replied so why can't you pay this month if you can get to your money , she just wasn't listion to me and kept talking over me and being really hot headed and rude to me and so I then ask if there was anyway to give me breathing space on my account until my new bank card and stuff come and she said no we will take the payment from your guarantor if you dont pay it she was not helpful at all and all she did was talk over me cut me off when speaking got high rat with me telling me what my bank can and can not do like she worked there I dont no if it somthing to do with my age as I'm oy 23 and she sound a lot older then me but she shouldn't be working on phones if she can't talk properly to people anyways after all this still with my bank frozen a payment come out of my account for this month which they shouldn't of been able to take as my account was frozen when I phoned up to see what was going on they said it was taken from my guarantor and it was they lie to so now starting to think there the ones who are scaming people and worse is that we can't see what we pay of our interest! Not a good experience. Don't do it unless you want to be completely confused. I had a loan for £1000 with interest it was approximately £1200. I made extra payments to clear it, two a month so about £170 a month. In February with payments made it came down to £900 in two months. Then in March I was told my balance was £1800!!!!!????? The Bamboo app does not show payments made and deductions with your balance. I have asked for a breakdown and they sent me a piece of paper with date and transaction on it. No breakdown of balance amount or payments made. I now have an appointment this week to seek legal advice. There is no way this balance can jump from £900 to £1800 with extra payments being made. There are much better organisations to provide a loan with good apps to see axactly where you are, they also don't reply to your emails for days, don't go with Bamboo. Update--with regard to your reply on trustpilot I have emailed you everyday and given you my details over and over and over. I emailed you today, yesterday, the day before, the day before that. I have kept all the email sent and received. I am tired,.... I'm not waiting any longer I have an appointment Friday, you'll hear from them now not me. Reviewed on: 11th March 2020
