Polite and helpful, very professional attitude towards customers. Clear with each part of a loan application. Bamboo loans is the easiest loan I ever applied. Everything was set up on-line, accepted in minutes and got the money few hours later. No need to going out or waste your time in banks when you have to sit for 40 minutes or more. Very helpful customer service over the phone. I'll definitely use this service again.
