I have been with bamboo for about 3 years now and have had two guarantor loans off of them. Once I had paid off my first loan, I was then offered a new loan at a lowest interest being a loyal customer. I never thought I would be accepted for any kind of loan but bamboo said yes. Dealing with their customer service team was easy and straight forward. The whole process from application to receiving your funds is very hassle free. They keep you informed every step of the way, with regular updates by email and SMS, advising of the how the application is progressing. I filled in a form on line. Waited and got the loan. The paperwork was emailed. I haven't been hassled or hounded by representatives trying to sell more but I know it's there if I want a top up. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2018
