My experience has been good. I have always paid my repayment on time. My advice would be, if you make ten repayments. You should be offered a loan again. Reviewed on: 24th February 2026

recently used Bamboo Loans and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The application process was quick, simple, and easy to understand. Everything was clearly explained, including the repayment terms and interest, so I felt confident about what I was agreeing to. I received a decision very quickly, and once approved, the funds were transferred promptly, which was a huge relief. The customer service team was also excellent — friendly, professional, and happy to answer any questions I had along the way. What stood out most was how straightforward and transparent everything felt. There were no hidden surprises, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free.
