Bamboo Loans: Excellent, Efficient & Easy Loan Provider

Me and my partner had our wedding booked from last year however, after saving up we were hit with the news of expecting a baby (which comes with its additional costs). As a result we were in need of some extra cash to help pay off some things for the wedding and after a few searches and a referral I came across Bamboo Loans. The application process was really QUICK, no time wasting with a user friendly website. Within JUST a FEW MINUTES I received an approval email and CONFIRMATION asking me to log in to sign the agreement. The agreement was clearly written with the APR rate and repayment schedule etc. and was able to sign this all electronically! (No stress of having to print, sign and rescan back in... phew!) Once completed I then received a email confirming PAYOUT by 1pm the next day! It was such a stress free process and since making monthly payments I have received reminders by text and email and have also spoken with the bamboo team directly on the phone who are also very helpful offering ongoing support. I didn’t have the greatest credit when I applied but good income and history of making repayments however, they also offer a guarantor loan service for bad credit. Even better... I managed to get a NON GUARANTOR loan which was even better for me! I would certainly recommend BAMBOO Loans :) Reviewed on: 16th June 2020

Welcoming

I had an exceptional experience with Bamboo when applying for a loan over the phone. From the very first call, the customer service team was attentive, professional, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. The representative, whilst I didn't get her name, was incredibly knowledgeable, patiently walked me through each step, and answered all my questions without hesitation. I never felt rushed, and they took the time to ensure I fully understood the loan terms and options available. The process was so smooth and hassle-free that I barely noticed how quickly everything came together. What truly stood out was how personable and approachable the staff were. They didn’t just treat me like another customer; they genuinely cared about finding the best loan solution for my needs. Even when I had follow-up questions, they were quick to respond and always made sure I had all the information I needed. In the end, I got a loan that fit perfectly with my financial goals, all thanks to the excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a loan.
