Personal loan set up with Bamboo

Whilst setting up the loan with bamboo the personal I was on the phone with where very professional, warm, friendly and patient with me. They explained everything to me that I didn't understand and how the loan works. Their staff are very understanding also when I have had two missed payments on my loan not due to not having the money it was there just silly mishaps like I lost my bank card and I got new one I forgot to tell Bamboo I had done so. They was more than happy to help me out the same day I called stopping me from getting a negative mark on my credit profile. To which I'm very grateful of. They are always there to help their customers the best way they can to help their customers find an easy way that's affordable to continue moving forward in life without stress of worrying about money.
