Faultless

Trying to scam for more money

Nothing but hassle, paid my my insurance for them to call me the next day and ask for more money. Then they asked for proof if drivers licence, paper and photo, proof of clean licence and no claims bonus. For them to keep chasing when we sent within the given timeframe. They then called again and said I had to pay more as they won't accept my no claims. After contacting Zenith and them saying that this would all be accepted they finally accepted the no claims.
