We reached out to Gabriel, as we’re looking for a mortgage that would accept universal credit as an income. He was brilliant from start to end, even with a small hiccup in the middle (our original house fell through so we needed to requote and start again). I couldn’t have wished for a better service. A little miscommunicated, but easily resolved.

We had a little issue with dealing with a colleague who was dealing with our remortgage, I believe she was off due to illness or something, which meant we had little contact after our first interaction. Spoke with another colleague who got us in touch with the persons manager who was able to complete the previous colleagues work! Easily fixed. Reviewed on: 27th February 2025
