Great from start to finish, Priyanka an Ellie were really helpful and responsive. We changed the rate a couple times very swiftly and they helped answering questions every step of the way. Would use Better again when refinancing. Reviewed on: 27th February 2025

Can’t get better than Better

Mia was an amazing advisor who acted quickly and explained things clearly when things went wrong. I can’t believe it was all free. The mortgage we got we had tried to go through the bank ourselves and it was a faff - things were so much easier via Better. Great experience with first time buying a house. Mia updated our rate regularly throughout and we saved a lot compared to the initial fix! Can’t fault it and have recommended to lots of others Reviewed on: 27th February 2025
