Such amazing service, they kept me informed and in the loop the whole time and not once did I have to chase anyone up. Customer service is excellent, I don't think you can ever get this service anywhere else. They definitely put customers at the heart of the service. Way surpassed expectations.

Jaivik and Nikki were brilliant in helping me through my first house purchase. I could always rely on them to answer my emails on the same day, or be at the end of the phone if I needed it. They were both friendly and professional, and were far more helpful than my estate agent and solicitor combined in completing my purchase!
