Good customer service that explained the process and paperwork required making it very easy to understand and follow. Kept in touch with regular updates which was important as very busy work life with no time to chase. Contact avilable out of "office" hours again made process easier Reviewed on: 11th March 2024

Really helpful advisors who found the best deal for me (better than I could find going direct to the same banks) at no cost to myself. Fast responses to emails. The mortgage advisors continue to track the best interest rates and will apply for better ones if applicable before completion. Reviewed on: 10th March 2024
