Amazing service

We had the pleasure of dealing with Priyanka and Zain during the process of our mortgage application and the service we received from both was outstanding! Both very knowledgeable in their areas and very efficient. Both friendly, kind, caring and listened to all of our worries and concerns and tailored their service to take those concerns in to consideration and provide reassurance whenever needed. Terrible experience

It took weeks for them to respond, despite multiple emails. You can never reach anyone via the phone. It was an incredibly frustrating experience for me and my remortgage. Reviewed on: 9th March 2022

Helped get me my dream house!

Just want to say thank you to John and Jake at Trussle, we found our perfect house but getting a mortgage was stressful and tough going until we found Trussle! They were absolutely brilliant and helped us find a great deal and then managed the process from start to finish with no fee to pay! It was a difficult process as our lender was fussy but they made it happen and we now own our dream home, have been here for 9 months now. What a great experience. I was really nervous about sorting out a mortgage on my own and the Trussle folk just made it so easy. Great service

Used Trussle to remortgage as I was at the end of a fixed rate offer with my own bank. The whole process was very easy to go through; everything was dealt with online and via email and I was very happy with the recommended mortgages and chose the best deal for me. I’ll definitely consider using Trussle again when remortgaging in the future. Reviewed on: 9th March 2022

Easy, straight forward and trustworthy service

We have used them twice now. On the first occasion we needed to look at remortgageing to help clear some debt. Trussel were fantastic and really supportive and clear with the options available. On the second occasion my partner was now self employed and they discussed all the options we had. It was so stress free and easy to chat with them.
