A rare personal experience

In a world where personal interactions are rapidly being replaced by chatbots and rote online forms, it was a breath of fresh air to deal directly with Ben and the Bikmo team. The guidance given was clear, with my questions answered directly in the processing of my claim. It's insurance, so hope to not have to use but policy appears workable/realistic. Some policies are so impractical you might as well not bother insuring as to meet the requirements of the policy is unrealistic. Reviewed on: 8th September 2023
