Fair and Quick to decide

I was involved in a collison with a car - the car did not stop and was subsequently prosecuted by police for due care amongst other things. My bike was damaged and Bikmo were quick to approve the repairs, which meant the bike could be back on the road quickly. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

I have been with Bikmo for a few years now and I could not be more satisfied with their service - always quick to reply with any queries, and their response as well as their policy wording is crystal clear. Great bicycle insurance

Really good response from this insurance team when I had an off and damaged my expensive bike. It all got repaired and my kit was covered as well which I didn’t know about til they told me. This was in my first year of insuring and I’ve stayed with them for 4 years now. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Good cover and very fair terms, I installed a ground anchor in my garage as I was unsure of requirement, but they quickly confirmed it wasn't required (though a good idea) as long as the garage is locked. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Service as it should be

Knowing my bike is safely insured, whether locked in the garage or out & about. Safe from damage, theft. Also, if anything does happen to my pride & Joy, the satisfaction of getting a replacement new for old is great to have. The annual renewal, does not break the bank, which I don’t think the amount has changed by much over the years. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
