Amazing

I first discoverd boom credit union a few years ago whilst looking for a loan via internet search. I have really poor credit and got turned down everywhere I tried. I had been going through a finacially difficult time, I had lost my job, my home, and basically felt like I had run out of options. Boom credit union literally saved me, they approved me a family lift of loan, which basically uses your child benefit to pay back what you borrow whilst setting aside a sum of money that you get back once you have paid back the loan. I managed to put a deposit down on a property and cant praise them enough. I have had a top up loan since to help with furnishing my home and havent struggled to repay as the repayments are soo reasonable. I have since recommended family and friends who also where amazed. Their customer service skills are fantastic and if you do find yourself struggling to repay, they come up with a reasonable solution for you. 10/10 from me! Reviewed on: 25th June 2021
