Fantastic customer care and service

I have been a savings member for a number of years starting as WSCU and received care and service that has seen me transform my house, buy cars when required through very affordable and flexible loans with no penalty for early retirement. The services is designed such that as part of your affordable payment part of your repayment goes to your savings which means at the end of the loan you have a health saving, wow! The staff are nice and easy to talk too.

Iroda helps me a lot with my queries and assisting me with my loan application. Graham is very nice to talk too and explained to me everything what i need to know. The staff are all good. Fantastic union higher than 5* rating deserved

My experience with Boom is one of the best experiences with a company/union I have ever had! They are professional, yet kind. Careful yet quick. Informative on a level everyone can easily understand.
