Fantastic union higher than 5* rating deserved

My experience with Boom is one of the best experiences with a company/union I have ever had! They are professional, yet kind. Careful yet quick. Informative on a level everyone can easily understand. No fluff and bluff just honest, sincere and friendly service. They listened and advised in equal amounts all for my benefit. Customer care and understanding of the member's situation

I was struggling to get even a credit card of 200 pounds from the high Street banks yet I was not struggling financially but I wanted to start building my credit score. When I contacted boom they easily helped me within a few days with a loan of 800 pounds after paying it back I had a financial need and again without asking any questions boom gave me a loan of 7000 pounds. Boom is the last resort for those that can't be helped by the bureaucratic high Street banks. Reviewed on: 25th June 2021
