Outstanding loan service

Amazing group of people.. always take time to listen to your needs and try to help if they can..

Problems solved

I had gotten myself into difficulties with a lot of debt on balance transfer cards with zero percent interest rates that were about to expire and my high utilisation was really hurting my credit rating. Boom had the insight to look beyond the numbers, talk to me and understand the situation and my hoped for plan to solve it. A loan from Boom enabled me to clear the credit card debt and massively boost my credit rating, enabling me to repay their loan and step to an loan at a much better rate. I am now able to look at moving back to the North East to a four bed house, quite an upgrade from the one bedroom flat I’ve been living in while in Crawley for the last 3 years. Personal Care

When I was facing financial difficulty because of Covid Boom called me to talk through my situation and understand my needs as opposed to just looking at my credit history and rejecting me. Low interest

I have been with boom for many years, they are always there to help in anyway, and you also save with them, pay your monthly payment and some of it goes in a savings account for you, when you have laid your loan you get a nice savings account all for you Reviewed on: 25th June 2021

Just amazing the support from staff outstanding

I don't even know where to start I am a mother to a disabled child and the support I have been give not just over my loan but also just a friendly ear happy to listen, I have already recommended boom credit union to people, outstanding customer care, outstanding help with the loan process, amazing helpful,never had an issue, I can not recommend them more amazing people and company they truly are...
