Customer care and understanding of the member's situation

I was struggling to get even a credit card of 200 pounds from the high Street banks yet I was not struggling financially but I wanted to start building my credit score. When I contacted boom they easily helped me within a few days with a loan of 800 pounds after paying it back I had a financial need and again without asking any questions boom gave me a loan of 7000 pounds. Boom is the last resort for those that can't be helped by the bureaucratic high Street banks. Reviewed on: 25th June 2021

Problems solved

I had gotten myself into difficulties with a lot of debt on balance transfer cards with zero percent interest rates that were about to expire and my high utilisation was really hurting my credit rating. Boom had the insight to look beyond the numbers, talk to me and understand the situation and my hoped for plan to solve it. A loan from Boom enabled me to clear the credit card debt and massively boost my credit rating, enabling me to repay their loan and step to an loan at a much better rate. I am now able to look at moving back to the North East to a four bed house, quite an upgrade from the one bedroom flat I’ve been living in while in Crawley for the last 3 years.
