Understanding, helpful and friendly

Boom CU have helped me and my family massively twice now, I feel from my experience with Boom the team have listened to my story attentively and without judgement and made a fair decision for me, they have made me feel heard and trusted and less like I am a number and more like I am a person with a family who needed help. I would highly recommend this service to people I trust. The customer service has been amazing and I am so grateful for how much Boom has made a difference to my families lives. Really helped me when no one could

I really can not say a bad word about boom they have helped me at some really bad times of my life, funeral costs, food shopping for my family. All staff are amazing, understanding, polite and don’t judge any situation. Highly recommend Reviewed on: 25th June 2021

The best there is.

I’m very wary of what loans I take out and I can honestly say this is the only loan company I will ever use. They’ve been there to help me in need everytime. From home improvements to generally needing a little help. And the savings part to it is a massive bonus. I would highly recommend boom CU to anyone that needs it. Very safe and secure.
