not a fair company

I was given a loan which I paid off. I had my child benefit directly paid to them. I also made extra payments whenever I could also, even though I didnt need to. I thought by doing this they would see I am reliable and be able to give me a second loan once I had paid off my first. They declined me. I think its wrong to accept all the interest on top, accept early payments when they dont plan on giving a second one after proving yourself to be reliable. I also have my personal child benefit money directly to them so was shocked when I was turned down after being so sensible and trying to pay them off sooner. Highly dissapointed. They mentioned how there lending policies may of changed but I just didnt think it was fair at all. When I first signed up some members of their team were struggling to send people the right form in order to change the child benefit account details and helped a lady out with that also, who was very grateful that i helped. I have used boom multiple times now when I've found myself in abit of a pickle and need some financial help, they have great customer service and super quick responses. I will definitely be using boom again if I ever find myself needing help financially, especially considering how good value they are and with a family loan it also helps to save abit of money for when your all paid off!
