Non-judgemental and easy to access

I first approached Boom when I needed to consolidate loans that were getting out of hand regarding interest. I was nervous and felt embarrassed but staff made me feel at ease and I was able to be honest about why I was struggling. They supported me and for someone with attention deficit I was able to follow what they were saying and action it all with support and ease. Since then I have cleared my debt - received my savings and come back again to help with my wedding budget! My whole experience from start to finish and now starting again is 10/10! My great Boom experience

I first got a loan with boom and the process was very quick and smooth i then had a family emergency away my nan passed in Sierra leone and i needed to travel for a funeral boom lent me more money even though i was still paying my first loan back and they was very understanding about it they made me a deal so i could still be able to pay it back. I also love boom because i don’t have to worry about paying it back every month it just comes straight out my wage so i won’t ever have any missed payments. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
