it is never an easy experience getting a loan normally, but with BDCU this was a positive time. I was able to get the loan size i needed and didn't feel judged. The staff were super helpful when both emailing or telephoning, and were able to answer my question without bamboozling me. Because the loan repayment were taken from my wage directly this was helpful too. i have since recommended this service to colleagues and family member alike. Reviewed on: 9th May 2024

Great service received. The application process was straightforward, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They offered flexible terms with a low interest rate, which made the loan very manageable. I really appreciated their personalised service and focus on community values.
