Staff are excellent, they are so very polite; patient, concise and clear in the information that they give to you. Recently, i have needed to withdrawn money from my savings account. I could not remember any of my details, on contacting credit union staff were able to quickly help locating my account and details. Emailing all documents and ring me to check i had the correct information. One of my details needed updating which they were able to do so straight away. Staff put me at ease and made me feel safe as well as confident that all information was correct, confidentially dealt with. Staff contacted me at all points to advice me as to the progress of my withdrawl of money. staff checked back in to make sure i had received all information and were happy to resend any information that was needed. Thank you very much to staff who are knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I feel very confident went contacting credit Union that queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently. I think BDCU is great

I think BDCU is great when it comes to Savings and loans, they have a great ethos and are very empowering. I can save as much money as I want and I know I can trust BDCU with my money. I find it comfortable putting smaller amounts of money into my savings without being Judged, unlike with the bigger banks. Reviewed on: 30th May 2024
