My time with Brightside has been a good experience. Recently had an accident so has to make a claim, which was easy to do, with helpful and friendly staff on the phone to help. Staff knew how to advise me and were confident in helping me win my case. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2019

Fantastic service and no ridiculous administrative fees.

I have been getting my motorcycle multi-bike policy with them for eight years. I chop and change bikes quite regularly and there has never been any drama. No expensive admin fees and no huge increase each year. Just a good, stable service. I would not use anyone else. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2019
