Kept it very short An simple wasn't pressured into taking this out or that out of my insurance

Car Insurance - as painless as it gets

Once the awful, time consuming and stressful experience of navigating the comparison sites, traditional brokers and direct contact with insurance companies was over Brightside have been a delight to deal with, without intrusive up-selling attempts by text and email perpetrated by other companies. its just insurance

no bells and whistles. read the small print . once they got your custom they will charge this and that if you make changes and claims so hope not use them. Reviewed on: 13th July 2017

Quick, simple service

Renewal was simple to do over the phone. Main increase in premiums due to the hike of Insurance Tax to 12%. The recovery cover is with the RAC and as a disabled driver, I've found the AA or RAC to be the best bets. Reviewed on: 13th July 2017

Too many emails/ not enough human contacthe!

Initially very pleased with the service, friendly advisor but then went downhill! I explained I was going away on holiday and wouldn't be able to sign any paperwork until my return but while I was away I was constantly bombarded with emails about my insurance cover, I explained again I was away but I still kept getting them, all I needed to know was that I was covered! Trying to ring them was a total nightmare even when I was put through directly, 15mins+ I was holding on, not just once but 3 times! Iveven only been insured for just under a week and I already can't wait to renew next year-with someone else! Reviewed on: 13th July 2017

Lack of customer care
