Our prize draw terms and conditions

The prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.

Employees of Smart Money People or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw, may not enter the Prize Draw.

Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

To enter the Prize Draw you must complete the prize draw form on the 22 May 2025, providing the following details;
Full name
Company email address
Company name

No purchase is necessary. 

Multiple prize draw entries may be completed by individual employees from the same company. Each completed entry form will qualify as an entry into the Prize Draw.

There’s one prize on offer and the winning company will receive an advertising package in the Smart Money People and Be Clever with Your Cash newsletters up to a value of £5,000.  

The Prize Draw winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received. The draw will take place on 23 May 2025.

The winner will be notified by email (using the details provided at entry) on 23 May 2025. If a winner doesn’t respond to Smart Money People within 7 days of being contacted, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Smart Money People may select another winner. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Smart Money People may select another winner.

The prize is eligible for collection by the company detailed in the prize draw entry and should be agreed with the Smart Money People marketing team, within 14 days of the announcement of the winning company.

The name of the winner will be available two weeks after the announcement date and can be obtained by sending an SAE to Smart Money People Limited, Ebbisham House, 30 Church Street, Epsom, KT17 4NL. 

Unless otherwise stated, the promoter is Smart Money People Limited, Ebbisham House, 30 Church Street, Epsom, KT17 4NL.

Smart Money People reserves the right to amend or discontinue the Prize Draw at any time with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control. The decision of Smart Money People in all matters under its control is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
