Website Structure Issues

A good website full of ideas however Customer Service is not up to scratch. People can wait weeks for deposits and withdrawals to be complete. Some things work and some things dont. Ultimately that could change but I dont see it changing anytime soon. On top of things I have an open loan and management have decided to lock my account... Now when i visit btcpop.co it takes me to google.com I will be upload a video and updating this sham of a company. Reviewed on: 15th April 2016

Evolving platform that values customer input

Site has always encouraged customer input, and has been successful in creating a community built around their platform. Listening to their customers has led the site to add many features that the other P2P sites simply do not offer. With different ways to borrow, lend, invest, and save, BTCPop provides much more than just P2P lending. Very cool, but more work needed
