Long wait times, but great service once you get through

Aside from general advice by live chat, the only way to get personalised advice is over the phone and there are very long wait times. However, once you do get through, everyone you speak to is very kind, understanding and knowledgeable and will guide you through the steps needed. Sometimes, they may ask you to go away and find some extra information, or to make some initial contact with your creditors. After this, unfortunately, there's no way to just submit that specific bit of extra information back to the same person that already advised you, you have to phone again and will get a different advisor which may mean going over everything again with them in addition to the new bit of information. However, again, they are all very kind and knowledgeable and sometimes it is worth hearing a second set of advice because it may be slightly different to before, or offer you some alternatives. Excellent customer service, the agents were kind, understanding and listened carefully to my concerns and predicament.. They quickly got an overview of the case and advised accordingly, nothing was to much, and I was encouraged to ask questions along the way. Tremendous really especially when you’re under so much pressure and there was somebody you could turn to for help.. Overall An Excellent Service, run by empathetic people. Reviewed on: 3rd June 2026
